Check out our sister zine BG3 PRIDE

A Moon Unto Yourself is a Baldur’s Gate 3 charity fanzine meant to organize our collective voices against hate and in support of those whose rights are actively under threat—namely immigrants, BIPOC, women, and LGBTQ+ people—through the creation of art and written works centered around resilience and all the ways it manifests in the game we love. Our zine will center around the theme of resilience.Resilience is most often defined as positive adaptation despite adversity. We want our submissions to involve uplifting, empowering, and/or bringing hope.Activism takes many forms, and the goal of this zine is to speak loudly against hate and bigotry, both by raising money for relevant organizations and celebrating the diversity of Baldur’s Gate and the incredible creatives who are passionate about it.As Elminster says:
"Like moons make swell and wane the nescient seas, so too the sky-strewn gods ordain the tidal fates of mortal days. And yet - a notion born in lonely hours - come ebb, come flow, come all that is beyond the breadth of our dominion: be a moon unto yourself. Even the waves of fate can break upon the shores of will."
Even amongst the vastness and chaos of the world around us, change is not beyond our reach.
